SOMATIC SELF-

DISCOVERY

Coach

ABOUT ME

I'm Kenzie — a certified Integral Breath Therapist, yoga teacher, and someone who spent years being very good at doing all the right things while feeling quietly disconnected from myself.

Breathwork changed that. Not overnight, and not perfectly. But it cracked something open that I hadn't been able to reach with talking, journaling, or simply trying harder. It took me somewhere below the thinking mind — into the body, into the subconscious, into the places where the real stuff lives.

That's when I understood what self-discovery actually means. And I haven't been able to stop talking about it since.

I believe self-discovery doesn't come from doing more — it comes from letting go.

From surrendering to the unknown.

From choosing solitude when the world feels loud.

From creating space to hear the voice within.

This work is rooted in breathwork, embodied movement, inner child healing, and time in nature. It's about learning how to have fun again — not as a reward you've earned, but as a way of being.

My background

  • Integral Breath Therapy Certified (Integrative Concepts LLC, 2025)

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (Arizona)

  • 200-Hour Yoga Teacher (InnerSea Yoga Academy, 2024)

Why it matters for somatic breathwork

Somatic breathwork works through the body rather than the mind, so how a session is held matters as much as the breathing itself. My training in anatomy, movement, and breath means I can pace your session with care, notice what's happening physically, and support you through strong sensations or emotions. Movement and time in nature help you release what surfaces and bring it into your everyday life. Your nervous system always comes first, and every session moves at your pace.

Because when we release the expectations and stop chasing who we think we should be, that's often where we meet ourselves.

If you're ready to stop performing and start living, I'd love to work with you.

Welcome home.
